| Doses and methods of administration | |
| Capsule: 1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule or open it and dissolve the content in 20 ml (minimum volume) of water or another cold or lukewarm liquid. It can be taken at any time of the day. | |
| Sachets: 1 sachet per day. Open the sachet and swallow content as such or dissolve it in 100 ml of water or other beverages. The product can be taken at any time of the day. | |
